The railway station is operational with 3 platforms and is located on NH 87 in Haldwani. Pant Nagar operates this route only with one airline- Alliance Air (a division of Air India). People visiting from Pithoragarh, located about 190km from Haldwani, can also opt for flying to Pant Nagar with Air Heritage.

People wanting to visit Haldwani and nearby towns and cities from other parts need to fly to the prime airport of the state- Jolly Grant Airport or the Dehradun Airport.  And has flights to and fro from major Indian cities such as Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh.
